SERVQUAL METHOD IN STUDYING SERVICE QUALITY OF TRAVEL INSURANCE

Background: The study which consists of two parts: theoretical and empirical ones, contains the analysis concept insurance service quality in relation to travel by employees institutions as well individual customers. Methods: research was conducted means SERVQUAL method among customers who hold contracts Świętokrzyskie, Małopolskie Lubelskie Podkarpackie voivodships. aim identify factors conditions changing tourist market Poland, define hierarchy their importance. Result: Moreover, on basis method, some discrepancies were established between customer expectations perceived services.
